Local men’s team, Canberra Handball Club will clash with University of NSW in the opening match of the 2023 Australian Handball Club Championship, on Wednesday, 26 July at 12PM, at the Australian Institute of Sport.
Fixtures, results and standings
Eight men’s and five women’s clubs, from Australia are vying for this year’s title.
The men’s preliminary round will be split into two groups, with the top two teams advancing into the semi-final.
In the women’s competition, all five teams will compete in one preliminary group, then the two top teams will advance into the final.
The top team in the men’s division will qualify for the 2023 IHF Super Globe, which brings together the top continental clubs around the world.
