Canberra Men’s Handball Club is set to return to the NSW Handball League after eleven years when the new season restarts in October.

The club returned to competitive handball at the recent national club championships, in Gold Coast, where they took out the bronze medal.

Canberra HC was inaugurated in 2006 and competed in the NSW League between 2007 and 2011.

The team won the NSW League in their first appearance in 2007, and again in 2010.

In 2011 the team withdrew from the League but continued to compete in national tournaments until 2013.
